Derince Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Av. Sertif G\u00f6k\u00e7e\u2019nin ev sahipli\u011finde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen 3. Kariyer ve \u0130stihdam G\u00fcnleri Bulu\u015fmas\u0131, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, \u00e7e\u015fitli sekt\u00f6rlerden firma yetkilileri ve insan kaynaklar\u0131 uzmanlar\u0131 ile vatanda\u015flar\u0131 bir araya getirdi. Kariyer ve \u0130stihdam G\u00fcnleri Bulu\u015fmas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 noktas\u0131na de\u011finen Ba\u015fkan G\u00f6k\u00e7e, \u201cSe\u00e7ildi\u011fimiz g\u00fcnden itibaren her \u00e7ar\u015famba halk g\u00fcnleri yap\u0131yoruz. Bu halk g\u00fcnlerine gelen vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n y\u00fczde 90-95\u2019inin taleplerinin i\u015f konusunda oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fck. Bu sorunu belediyenin kendi imk\u00e2nlar\u0131yla \u00e7\u00f6zmemiz m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u0130stihdam Ofisi uygulamam\u0131za daha da \u00f6nem verdik. Bu b\u00f6lge ciddi fabrikalar\u0131n, sanayinin oldu\u011fu bir b\u00f6lge. \u00d6zellikle Gebze ve Dilovas\u0131 b\u00f6lgesinde fabrikalarla do\u011frudan temasa ge\u00e7tik. Ard\u0131ndan Kariyer ve \u0130stihdam G\u00fcnleri Bulu\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenlemeye ba\u015flad\u0131k\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ba\u015fkan G\u00f6k\u00e7e konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131nda \u201cKariyer ve \u0130stihdam G\u00fcnleri Bulu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n bug\u00fcn \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz ve her 6 ayda bir yapmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Bug\u00fcn sadece bir saat i\u00e7inde yakla\u015f\u0131k 200 vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z buraya ziyarette bulundu. G\u00fcn sonunda en az bin ki\u015finin buraya gelmesini bekliyoruz. Bu vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n en az y\u00fczde 10\u201315\u2019ine i\u015f bulabilirsek sonucun \u00e7ok iyi olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum\u201d dedi. Konu\u015fmas\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en \u00f6nemli iki sorununun yoksulluk ve i\u015fsizlik oldu\u011funu dile getiren Ba\u015fkan G\u00f6k\u00e7e, Kariyer ve \u0130stihdam G\u00fcnleri Bulu\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n devam edece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
