Proje kapsam\u0131nda ayn\u0131 b\u00f6lgede yeni meclis binas\u0131 da in\u015fa edilecek. Ba\u015fkanl\u0131k makam\u0131, toplant\u0131 alanlar\u0131 ve protokol g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclebilece\u011fi b\u00f6l\u00fcmler bu blokta yer al\u0131yor. Bu yap\u0131, belediye ba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n ve temsil birimlerinin kurumsal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 daha etkin \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fctebilmesini sa\u011flayacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00dcST Y\u00d6NET\u0130M VE HUKUK B\u0130R\u0130MLER\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C Bloku, \u00fcst y\u00f6netim birimlerinin bir araya getirildi\u011fi merkez niteli\u011finde. Genel sekreterlik ve ba\u011fl\u0131 idari birimlerin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm, karar alma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ve koordineli y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesini ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>OF\u0130S B\u0130R\u0130MLER\u0130 VE OTOPARK<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D Bloku ise fonksiyonel yap\u0131s\u0131yla dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Farkl\u0131 ofis birimlerinin bulundu\u011fu katlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, ziyaret\u00e7i ve personel kullan\u0131m\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131k otopark alan\u0131 da bu yap\u0131 i\u00e7inde planland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.023 METREKAREL\u0130K BA\u011eLANTI ALANI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kamp\u00fcs\u00fcn t\u00fcm bloklar\u0131, modern mimariyle tasarlanan ba\u011flant\u0131 alan\u0131 sayesinde birbirine entegre edildi. B\u00f6ylece binalar aras\u0131nda kesintisiz ve kapal\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u015f sa\u011flanarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma d\u00fczeni daha uyumlu hale getirildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u015eEHR\u0130N KAMU Y\u00d6NET\u0130M\u0130 ALTYAPISINDA YEN\u0130 D\u00d6NEM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yeni Ba\u015fkanl\u0131k Kamp\u00fcs\u00fc; meclis, ba\u015fkanl\u0131k, \u00fcst y\u00f6netim ve idari birimleri tek merkezde toplayarak hizmet s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini h\u0131zland\u0131rmay\u0131, vatanda\u015f eri\u015fimini kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 ve Kocaeli\u2019nin kamu y\u00f6netimi altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ileri seviyeye ta\u015f\u0131may\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.
