Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015f birli\u011fiyle y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesinde toplam 7 il\u00e7e ve 14 b\u00f6lge yer al\u0131rken, mevcut 5.732 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn y\u00fczde 82\u2019si riskli ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm olarak tespit edildi. Projenin toplam maliyeti 24 milyar TL, proje de\u011feri ise 44 milyar TL olarak \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>UZLA\u015eILAN B\u00d6LGELER VE BA\u011eIMSIZ B\u00d6L\u00dcM SAYILARI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dar\u0131ca il\u00e7esi Kaz\u0131m Karabekir Mahallesi&nbsp;312 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm, Derince il\u00e7esi Dumlup\u0131nar Mahallesi 150 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm, G\u00f6lc\u00fck il\u00e7esi Donanma Mahallesi ise 382 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcmden olu\u015fuyor. Bu \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00f6lgedeki maliklerin olumlu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla yasal s\u00fcre\u00e7ler h\u0131z kazanacak ve toplam 844 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in yol a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>180 AY VADE \u0130LE Y\u00dcZDE 0,69 SAB\u0130T ORAN DESTE\u011e\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projeye, \u201cD\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131 Destekli \u0130klim ve Afetlere Dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u015eehirler Projesi\u201d kapsam\u0131nda finansman deste\u011fi sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Bu destek, kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmdeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engellerden biri olan finansman sorununu a\u015fmay\u0131 hedefliyor.
