B\u00f6lge 1. Etap projesinde yap\u0131m\u0131 tamamlanan 989 konutun teslim program\u0131n\u0131 duyurdu. A\u00e7\u0131klanan takvime g\u00f6re 2+1 ve 3+1 tipindeki daireler, 16 Temmuz&#8217;dan itibaren hak sahiplerine teslim edilmeye ba\u015flanacak. Teslim i\u015flemleri 21 A\u011fustos&#8217;a kadar devam edecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dev proje 2023&#8217;te ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proje kapsam\u0131nda yaln\u0131zca konutlar de\u011fil, 8 i\u015f yeri, bir cami, bir ilk\u00f6\u011fretim okulu ile altyap\u0131 ve \u00e7evre d\u00fczenleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 da hayata ge\u00e7irildi. TOK\u0130&#8217;nin 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi ihalenin yakla\u015f\u0131k maliyeti 1 milyar 911 milyon 280 bin 381 TL olarak a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015f, ihaleyi tek teklif veren Burakcan \u0130n\u015faat ve Ticaret Limited \u015eirketi 1 milyar 980 milyon TL bedelle kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Taraflar aras\u0131nda s\u00f6zle\u015fme ise 23 A\u011fustos 2023&#8217;te imzalanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Teslimler \u015fantiyede ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TOK\u0130&#8217;nin a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131na g\u00f6re konut teslimleri, projenin m\u00fc\u015favir firmas\u0131 Koltek M\u00fc\u015favirlik A.\u015e. koordinasyonunda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek. Hak sahipleri, kendileri i\u00e7in belirlenen g\u00fcn ve saatte toplu konut \u015fantiye alan\u0131na gelerek anahtarlar\u0131n\u0131 teslim alacak.
