Cumhuriyet Mahallesi\u2019ndeki katl\u0131 otopark, kapsaml\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla Dilovas\u0131 Belediyesi Hizmet Binas\u0131\u2019na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bu kapsamda Dilovas\u0131\u2019nda \u00f6nemli bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi hayata ge\u00e7iriliyor. Cumhuriyet Mahallesi\u2019nde daha \u00f6nce B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan il\u00e7eye kazand\u0131r\u0131lan katl\u0131 otopark, kapsaml\u0131 d\u00fczenlemelerin ard\u0131ndan Dilovas\u0131 Belediyesi Hizmet Binas\u0131\u2019na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131yla il\u00e7e, belediye hizmetlerinin tek merkezden sunulaca\u011f\u0131 modern bir hizmet yap\u0131s\u0131na kavu\u015facak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>D\u00d6N\u00dc\u015e\u00dcMDE SONA GEL\u0130ND\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 bin 400 metrekare kapal\u0131 kullan\u0131m alan\u0131na sahip yap\u0131da d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yo\u011fun \u015fekilde devam ediyor. Birinci bodrum ve zemin katta \u00e7elik konstr\u00fcksiyon, i\u00e7 duvar ve tavan imalatlar\u0131 s\u00fcrerken, bodrum katta al\u00e7\u0131pan i\u00e7 duvar kaplama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor. Birinci bodrum kat ile zemin kat\u0131n d\u0131\u015f cephe kaplama imalatlar\u0131 tamamlan\u0131rken, bina d\u0131\u015f cephesindeki boya uygulamalar\u0131 devam ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BELED\u0130YE H\u0130ZMETLER\u0130 TEK \u00c7ATI ALTINDA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projenin tamamlanmas\u0131yla Dilovas\u0131 Belediyesi\u2019nin farkl\u0131 birimlerinin tek merkezde toplanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. B\u00f6ylece vatanda\u015flar\u0131n belediyedeki i\u015flemleri i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 adreslere gitmesine gerek kalmadan hizmetlere tek noktadan ula\u015fabilmesi sa\u011flanacak. Merkezi yap\u0131 sayesinde hizmet s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin daha d\u00fczenli ve h\u0131zl\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi, vatanda\u015flar\u0131n ise i\u015flemlerini daha kolay ve konforlu bir ortamda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmesi hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MEVCUT YAPI, YEN\u0130DEN KAZANDIRILIYOR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla mevcut bir yap\u0131 yeniden i\u015flevlendirilerek il\u00e7enin \u00f6nemli bir ihtiyac\u0131na cevap verecek hale getiriliyor. Yenilenen i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f mek\u00e2nlar\u0131, olu\u015fturulan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131 ve fonksiyonel planlamas\u0131yla hizmet binas\u0131 hem belediye personeline verimli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 hem de vatanda\u015flara daha nitelikli bir hizmet noktas\u0131 sunacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>D\u0130LOVASI\u2019NIN H\u0130ZMET KAL\u0130TES\u0130 ARTACAK<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, kent genelinde oldu\u011fu gibi Dilovas\u0131\u2019nda da il\u00e7elerin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.
